Sonoma Bridal Boudoir Session

 

This Sonoma Bridal Boudoir Session was extra special as this client was a professional photographer herself! There is no higher honor than to document another photographer, especially in boudoir. For another photographer to trust me with such intimate portraits truly lights me up.

This beauty had to travel into my studio for my session but was so extremely prepared. She brought a mixture of bra and panty outfits and a business type jacket and a plain white button up with a white set underneath. I love when clients think outside the box when it comes to their wardrobe. 

I created a wide range of portraits for her to choose from. Bridal boudoir portraits all the way to posed images with her sitting on a stool. She wanted some images to be more editorial and I was so glad she wanted something different. We added in a playful hat at the end which matched her business jacket perfectly and they were amazing.

One important aspect you will see in her images is movement and emotion. Its very important to me to give guidance on movement. Even the slightest movement like rolling your neck or taking deep breaths creates such a intimate moment that stiff overly posed images can not compete with.
